Governor Cuomo has proposed that, beginning this year, low and middle income earners in New York are eligible for tuition-free college education at either 2 year or 4 year colleges.
As long as you’re earning under $125,000 per year then you could qualify for this unprecedented program. The goal is to give completely free tuition for New York residents at SUNY and CUNY two and four year colleges.
